To provide and operate GrowWriter, including generating articles, saving your work, and keeping you signed in.

GrowWriter uses third-party AI models to generate articles from the inputs you provide. The topics, briefs, and sources you submit are sent to these providers solely to produce your content.

We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to train our own models. The articles you generate belong to you.

Where the GDPR applies, we process your data to perform our contract with you (providing the service), based on your consent (such as optional analytics), to pursue our legitimate interests (improving and securing the product), and to comply with legal obligations.

We share data only with the service providers that help us run GrowWriter, and only as needed to deliver the product. These include our hosting and infrastructure provider, our payment processor (Stripe), the AI model providers that generate content, our email provider, and analytics and error-monitoring tools.

We may disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We never sell your personal data.

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide GrowWriter. When you close your account, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep it to meet legal, tax, or accounting requirements.

GrowWriter is operated from the European Union. Some of our service providers may process data outside the EU. When that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, to protect your information.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work hard to safeguard your information.

GrowWriter is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of GrowWriter after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
