Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use GrowWriter. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

Please provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.

GrowWriter is offered as a subscription. New accounts include a 3-day free trial with full access. To start the trial we run a $1 card verification that is refunded automatically. Depending on your bank, the refund can take a few business days to appear.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and the plan fee is charged on a recurring basis. You can cancel anytime from your account, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to use GrowWriter for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive. This includes generating content that infringes others' rights, is deceptive or defamatory, or violates the policies of the platforms where you publish.

You also agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass security or usage limits, or access it through automated means we have not authorized.

You retain ownership of the topics, briefs, sources, and articles you create with GrowWriter. You are responsible for the content you generate and publish, and for ensuring you have the rights to any material you submit.

You grant us the limited rights needed to process your inputs and deliver the service, such as sending them to our AI providers to generate your articles.

GrowWriter uses AI to help you draft content. AI output can contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies, and similar prompts may produce similar results for different users. You are responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and editing any content before you publish or rely on it.

GrowWriter, including its software, branding, and design, is our property and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or reproduce the product.

GrowWriter is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will achieve any particular result, including search rankings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to GrowWriter is limited to the amount you paid us in the month before the claim arose.

You can stop using GrowWriter and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us or others.

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Estonian courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of GrowWriter after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
